WU WEAR — TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction

Welcome to Wu Wear. These Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wu Wear website, located at https://wuwearglobal.com (the “Site”), and the products, content, features, and services made available through the Site.

The Site is operated by WTC Merch, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “WTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Wu Wear is the brand under which products and services are offered through the Site.

By visiting, accessing, or purchasing products through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These Terms include provisions concerning binding individual arbitration, class action waivers, and your right to opt out of arbitration. Please review Section 12 carefully.

Section 3(d). Refunds and Exchanges

All purchases made through Wu Wear are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Wu Wear does not offer refunds to the original payment method for ordinary returns or changes of mind. Eligible returns are issued as online store credit only, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers requesting a return or exchange must contact Wu Wear customer service within two (2) days of receiving their order. Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

All authorized merchandise must be received within seven (7) days of return authorization, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be in perfect, new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags attached.

Exchanges are permitted for size changes only and are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, eligible merchandise may qualify for online store credit.

T-shirts, hats, bags, accessories, footwear, sale merchandise, and other products specifically identified as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or legally required.

Wu Wear reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Section 4. Our Intellectual Property Rights

a. WTC and Wu Wear Materials

All content available through the Site, including Wu Wear names, logos, trademarks, graphics, apparel designs, artwork, photographs, videos, text, website layouts, and other materials (collectively, the “Materials”), is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by WTC Merch, LLC and/or its respective licensors.

These Materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No rights, title, or interest in any Materials are transferred to you through your use of the Site or purchase of Wu Wear merchandise.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by WTC Merch, LLC and its respective licensors.

b. License Granted by WTC

Subject to compliance with these Terms, WTC grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its Materials for personal, noncommercial purposes.

No Materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Section 6. Claims of Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement notices and counter-notices relating to content appearing on the Wu Wear Site should be directed to:

The notice requirements and procedures set forth in Section 6 of the existing WTC Merch, LLC Terms of Service shall otherwise remain applicable.

Section 12(a). Initial Dispute Resolution

For any dispute relating to the Wu Wear Site, products, services, or these Terms, you agree to first contact WTC Merch, LLC to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
